Bronze is an alloy made primarily from copper. It can leave a color on some people. This is harmless and normal. It can be easily washed with soap and water. However, people with particularly sensitive skin or allergies may not be able to wear copper and bronze.
Store your jewelry in a cool, closed place in its box. Protect from water, perfume, chemicals. Please note that the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including damage caused by perfume, sweat, exposure to heat, and general wear and tear.
Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Other products you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original box provided. Returns of campaign and promotional products are not accepted. Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
