Maintenance & Repair Procedure
To ensure the longevity of your MTOY design and to preserve its structure and appearance, we recommend that you follow the instructions below:
- Avoid wearing your MTOY designs in the pool or sea to avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals.
- Try to keep your product as dry as possible and store it in its box.
- Avoid contact with substances such as creams, make-up materials and perfumes as they can cause the designs to lose their shine.
- Avoid exposing designs to sunlight.
- The chemicals secreted by our bodies during physical activities will cause your MTOY designs to lose their shine and color, so please remove your products.
We offer you an indefinite repair service for all purchased MTOY designs. Our after-sales services include cleaning, polishing and repair. You can visit our MTOY store or contact us to benefit from the maintenance service.
After your product requiring maintenance is received, it is sent to our workshop. The product/products are evaluated in our workshop and the repair fee is notified to you. If you accept the fee, the repair process is started. Repairs are evaluated individually and can take an average of 3 weeks to complete.
After the repair is completed and quality checks are performed, your products are returned to the MTOY store you delivered them to. Our sales staff will contact you to let you know that your repaired product is ready.
