Our products are manufactured by applying 22-karat gold plating over a bronze base. Bronze is a special alloy primarily composed of copper. It may leave temporary discoloration on some skin types; this is harmless and results from the natural characteristics of bronze. It can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Due to the plating techniques used, it is not recommended for users with metal or nickel sensitivities.
Store your jewelry in its box in a cool, dry place. Protect it from water, perfume, and chemicals. Please note that the warranty will be void if the jewelry is subjected to any damage by the customer, including damage caused by perfume, sweat, heat exposure, and general wear and tear.
Earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings. Other products you wish to return must be unused and in the condition you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging provided. Products purchased as part of a campaign or promotion cannot be returned. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
