Our products are made by applying 22K gold plating on a bronze base. Bronze is a special alloy mainly containing copper. It may leave temporary color differences on some skin types; this is harmless and due to the natural characteristic structure of bronze. It can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Due to the plating techniques used, it is not recommended for users with metal or nickel sensitivity.
Store your jewelry in a cool, closed place in its box. Protect from water, perfume, chemicals. Please note that the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including damage caused by perfume, sweat, exposure to heat, and general wear and tear.
Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Other products you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original box provided. Returns of campaign and promotional products are not accepted. Standard shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
