Repairs are only made for products purchased through MTOY.com.

We kindly request that the products purchased from stores be returned to the point of purchase for repair or alteration.

After your product requiring maintenance is received, it is sent to our workshop. Your jewelry is evaluated in our workshop and the repair fee is notified to you. If you accept the fee, the repair process is started and delivered to you within an average of 2 weeks.

In applications, repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
